Shannon is a Georgia native, originally from Sylvania, Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia in 2002. In 2006, she completed South University’s Physician Assistant Program where she received her Master’s Degree. She is licensed by the Georgia and Florida State Boards and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Shannon has knowledge and experience in the treatment of all orthopaedic problems with a special interest in sports medicine injuries. She works under the supervision of Dr. Felix, seeing patients in the office and assisting in surgery.
